ALICE ZAJIC was born in Santa Barbara and graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Political Science in 2013. She completed her first year of law school at Whittier College of Law in 2016 before receiving her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2019. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021 and to the United States District Court, Southern and Central Districts of California, in 2022.
Ms. Zajic worked on impact litigation as a law student intern at Justice in Aging Los Angeles, and at the Michigan State Attorney General’s Office, Charitable Trusts Department, before graduating and moving back to California in 2019. She spent three years training as a Judge Advocate General Officer Candidate for the United States Marine Corps, and simultaneously worked as a J.D. Paralegal at Egan Law in Santa Maria, before shifting her focus to civil defense litigation in 2022. She worked as an Associate at Slaughter, Reagan, and Cole, specializing in premises liability, habitability, and generalized insurance defense litigation from 2022-2023, and joined Clinkenbeard, Ramsey, Spackman and Clark in March of 2023.
Ms. Zajic is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Santa Barbara Women Lawyers, and is on the Board of Directors for Santa Barbara Barristers.
